A Fan ID is a document that identifies visitors at sports events in Russia.

Soon the Fan ID will be permanently present in the life of sports fans. The State Duma passed a law on the Fan ID in the first reading. Now only a ticket will not be enough to attend sporting events. Russia is the third country where a Fan ID will be required. First mandatory identification of spectators was introduced in Italy and then in Turkey.
